How does your typical morning look like?

Most of my mornings start with a vitalising doggie walk in the park, followed by a home-made oat milk cappuccino. I'm still working on perfecting my latté art, but I'll get there eventually! Oh, and making my short trip to the office of course.

If there's one thing that I really believe is that you truly can make a difference in the happiness of employees. Also; life is better with fresh baked cookies. No exceptions. So be the one to provide them.

Where do you draw inspiration from?

Go to the source! Having chats with colleagues. It's a perfect way to discover their needs and issues and helps you find solutions that will make their lives easier. One of my best friends also works in an Office Team and she's a great and fun partner to share some ideas.
